Factory Carpets are glad to announce we will be reopening on Monday the 18th under government regulations. We will be enforcing strict social distancing measures, to ensure that both our staff and community. All our stores will have hand sanitiser stations, gloves and masks for staff and daily temperature checks for our staff. While this may seem inconvenient we must do all we can to ensure the safety of everyone on our premises. We will still run all of our large selection of products at our usual great value prices and our usual fast and efficient services. If you have any enquires please do not hesitate to contact us.

Our Plans For The Future:

We will continue to use our safety measures in full effect through all stages of the covid-19 situation. Masks will be worn at all times and we will be using strict social distancing measures.

Deliveries:

Deliveries will resume with the reliability and speed as has come to be expected of us,

Deliveries will be to the door, drivers cannot enter the house.

In the case of taking away an old mattress, it must be ready at the door to be taken away, again drivers cannot enter your house.

If paying the driver, for our safety and yours, gloves must be worn.

Online Ordering:

If you are feeling uncertain on entering one of our stores do not worry! All online orders will be going ahead as usual on our Facebook page and this website. Allowing you to ensure your safety while still getting those home improvements.
